김형익 목사

김형익 목사는 건국대에서 역사와 철학을 공부한 후 총회신학대학 신학대학원을 졸업하셨읍니다. 인도네시아 수마트라에서선교사로 섬겼고(1991-1995), 이후 Global Partners (GP) 선교회의 한국대표로 국내외 한인교회들과 청년 대학생들을 위한 선교 사역, 그리고 선교사 발굴, 훈련, 파송 등의 책임을 감당했고(1996-2003), 메릴랜드주의 워싱턴 휄로쉽교회에서 수석 부목사로 섬긴 후(2003~2006), 2006년 11월부터 죠이선교교회의 초대 담임 목사로 섬기고 있습니다. 그는 '성경적인 좋은 교회'에 대한 포기할 수 없는 이상을 가지고, 하나님의 말씀만이 교회를 살리고 이끄는 힘이라는 고백 속에, 체화된 하나님의 말씀을 전하면서 교회의 영광을 보고 싶어하는 열정을 가진 목자입니다. 김희정 사모와의 사이에 아들 인성(Joshua), 딸 혜성(Anna) 두자녀가 있습니다.

 이원재 목사

Even though Pastor Jae was raised Catholic, he didn’t accept the Lord as his personal savior until he was 20 years old while in college. He graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from Drexel University (1984-1988) and worked for two years before the Lord led him into ministry. He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary (1990-1994) with a Masters of Theology in family ministry and started his first full-time ministry at Global Mission Church serving as middle school pastor. Afterward, he served as Sr. Pastor of Lighthouse Community Church (2000-2004), and before coming to our church served as associate pastor of counseling at Eternal Grace Bible Church. He has been married to Sue Jean since June 1996, and they have 5 children: Simeon, Hope, Jonah, Isaac, & Elijah. “We have a unique opportunity to build a family oriented ministry. The Lord has begun a very good work here at Joy Mission Church.”

 김옥희 전도사

Pastor Christine did her undergraduate studies in Elementary Education at University of Maryland (College Park), and Christian Education at Washington Bible College. She has a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychology from Bowie State University. Currently enrolled in Doctorate of Religious program at Trinity Theological Seminary. She is studying Theology and World Religion plus Biblical Counseling. Trained in Child Evangelism Fellowship. Organized and participated in short term Mission to Mexico and Kenya. Involved in children’s ministry, workshops, and training over 20 years around the Washington Metropolitan area.
